Existing QuickBooks Online users with an Uber Freight account can connect their accounts by following these easy steps:

  1. Click this link to log in to your QuickBooks Online account.

  2. Click Connect to connect your Uber Freight and QuickBooks Online accounts.

  3. Find Uber Freight listed under My Apps to confirm that you’ll now automatically receive your invoices inside your QuickBooks Online portal.

  4. If your QuickBooks Online portal already has Uber as a vendor, please update the Uber vendor “Company Name” to “Uber Freight.”

  5. Create a “Car & Truck” Chart Of Account under Type “Expenses” and Detail Type “Auto.” If you have an existing Chart of Account for Uber Freight, please let your representative know.

By participating in the program described here, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions set forth below. This Uber Freight Shipper Platform Introductory Offer Program begins at 12:01am PT on June 12, 2020, and ends at 11:59pm PT on December 31, 2020 (“Eligibility Period”).

A Qualified Referral will receive $100 off its first five (5) loads tendered on the Uber Freight shipper platform and delivered during the Eligibility Period (“Introductory Discount”). The Introductory Discount will be applied on the invoice.

A “Qualified Referral” is one that (i) signs up for the Uber Freight shipper platform following submission of the form on this page, (ii) is a first-time user of the Uber Freight shipper platform, (iii) successfully tenders at least one (1) load on the Uber Freight shipper platform that is delivered during the Eligibility Period, and (iv) has not been previously referred by another company.

A Qualified Referral will not be eligible for the Introductory Discount if, as determined by Uber Freight, (i) it did not complete all the actions required to earn the Introductory Discount; (ii) it is reasonably suspected by Uber Freight that it committed fraud or otherwise acted in a non−bona fide manner in connection with its participation in the Uber Freight Shipper Platform Introductory Offer Program; (iii) it violated applicable law or any other agreements with Uber Freight.
